As a Team Leader, dealing with employee paperwork is a standard part of the business. From new hire forms, to a possible counseling statement, maintaining efficient employee records is essential.

Darwinet, or DNet is the online software available through Pinnacle.  DNet 2.0 allows you accessible and convenient electronic storage of each Team Members documents with the option to allow employee visibility of the forms. You can view employee forms from the convenience of your smart phone! The hassle of tracking down employee paperwork will be removed with this useful DNet 2.0 feature. Set yourself and employees up for success with document storage in DNet 2.0.

To upload documents in DNet 2.0, follow this sequence:

  • Dashboard
  • Employees, view List
  • Choose Employee
  • Click on “Documents”
  • Click on “Add New”
  • Upload Document
  • Mark if you choose to allow Employee Visibility to the Document
