The end of year 2018 has arrived. With the power of DNet2.0, you can view your Team Members annual total compensation. The employee Total Comp feature provides you with a scope of data on what you are contributing towards your employees. Also displayed within your employee’s Total Comp view, is a Compensation Breakdown, Annual Pay Breakdown, Employer Paid Items, and Benefits Breakdown (if applicable).

The path to Total Comp feature in DNet2.0 is: Employees, Snapshot, Select Employee, Employee Demographics, Summary, Total Comp

Oftentimes employees overlook the full-scale of benefits they receive from their employer, and they base their thoughts of pay, primarily on their wage rate only. The Total Comp data will give you the information you need to inform your Team Members on the absolute amount of financial contribution they are receiving from you, their employer.

The support of DNet2.0 will help you capitalize on your knowledge of the monetary environment you are providing to your Team Members.

Also note that it is almost time for year-end W2’s.  Please remember to verify that your home address is correct on your paychecks.  If not, please update it by 12/31.  Most of you will be able to print your W2’s online this year.
