Pinnacle’s website for SportClips gives you access to an electronic library of helpful and important forms for payroll, administration, employee benefits, taxes and human resources.  See http://sportclips.pinnaclepeo.com and find the Quick Link called “Download Zone”.  The Download Zone was created to support you in administering your team members and in using Pinnacle’s services.  Once you enter the Download Zone, you will find categories of commonly used forms in Adobe PDF format.  Most of the forms are in a writable format where they can be completed on your computer.

Among the documents and forms, you will find team member Payroll Processing Packets.  These forms are ready to go for a new hire.  You can download the “Complete Payroll Processing Packet” and add the appropriate State Withholding Form from the State Forms section, if required in your State.

Besides new hire forms, many Team Leaders and Store Managers access the Download Zone for the Employee Separation Form, which is used to notify Pinnacle that a team member is no longer active.  The Employee Status Change Form is needed to change a team member title or regular pay rate.  The Payroll Deduction Authorization is used to notify Pinnacle of any legal deductions from pay.  There is also a form for address changes.  Just print the forms and email them to Pinnacle at your convenience.  Be sure to identify your business name and store number so your form can be matched to your Pinnacle account.
