With year-end approaching us quickly, we would like to ensure that all Team Members give us an updated address and email so their W-2’s will be received in a timely manner. We would like an email from each location with a list of all current or updated addresses for each active Team Member. A blank spreadsheet will be sent to you for your use. Please make sure this list is submitted to your Payroll Coordinator no later than December 16th.
We encourage every Team Member to review his/her earnings statement for accuracy. The first name, last name and middle initial on your social security card must match exactly. If a Team Member is using a name that does not match their social security card, they need to obtain a new card with the correct name from the Social Security Administration. W-2 and SSA mismatches can cause issues or delays when filing tax returns. Information social security cards and name changes can be found by logging into the Social Security Administration website at http://www.ssa.gov/ssnumber/ Please contact your Payroll Coordinator if you need your name changed on your earnings statement.
