Annual Open Enrollment is the designated time each year when employees can enroll in benefits or make changes to their current coverage.

Providing employee benefits is a valuable tool for attracting and retaining talent. Pinnacle offers a range of voluntary benefit options, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Hospital Indemnity,  and Critical Illness plans. These benefits are available to eligible full-time employees who average 30 or more hours per week.

Pinnacle’s Annual Benefits Open Enrollment period will run from June 15, 2026, through July 17, 2026, with coverage being effective August 1, 2026.

Please note that current benefit elections will automatically roll over unless a change or cancellation request is received by July 17, 2026. After this deadline, changes or cancellations will only be allowed if there is a qualifying life event.

Please be aware that clients offering Major Medical health insurance will not participate in this Open Enrollment period. Their enrollment timing aligns with their specific Major Medical renewal date, which may vary throughout the year.
