By now, you should have your Federal W-2 Form that shows your income and taxes paid for 2018.  Pinnacle mails these to your home address we have on file.  We also have a copy online for you if you are set up on our online system:  DNet2.0.  Do you have yours?

What if someone on your team has not yet received their W-2?  If they haven’t, it is likely that they may have moved to a new home address during last year.  Pinnacle might not have been notified at the time.  Additionally, a few W-2’s somehow seem to get miss-sorted by the postal service.  Or maybe you’ve received yours but misplaced it.  Pinnacle receives hundreds of requests for W-2 reprints.  Here’s how you can receive yours:

You may email directly to verifications@pinnaclepeo.com.  Include your basic information, such as full name, home address, the last 4 numbers of your social security number, the State you worked in, your email address and your phone number.  You may also call (210) 344-2088 and make a request by phone.  We track all requests so there is no need to make more than one request.  Keep in mind that processing of W-2 reprints will take a few days, plus the time for the USPS to deliver it.  Thank you for your patience as we process the requests in the order received.

Many of you have a login for Pinnacle’s DNet2.0 online system.  With DNet2.0, you can print your own W-2 at home.  DNet2.0 also gives you the ability to update your home address and even adjust your W-4 status that shows your withholding for taxes in 2019.  To find you W-2 on DNet2.0, login and then use the sequence of links:  Menu; My Info; Info; Summary; W2.  The click on the red Pdf icon to view or print your 2018 W-2.    Your Team Leader or Owner may have access to all W-2’s for your location, so that is another option if you are not set up with your own login.
