It is that time of year again. This is your opportunity to enroll or make changes to your Insurance Benefits. If you do not wish to make changes to your benefit selections at this time, all of your current benefits will automatically be rolled over.
Full time employees, working 30 hours or more, with internet access can now view all of the benefit choices by typing the link below in your web browser. If you do not have Internet access, you can request a copy of the Employee Benefit Guides from your manager.
All new benefit enrollments or changes require completed enrollment forms to be submitted to Pinnacle by fax or email. All contact information is listed in the introduction page of your Employee Benefit Guide.
